Buy now. Your supplier is paid today. You pay later. SETU connects importers and their banks with SETU Trading Houses and independent licensed banks and funds, for imports under UCP 600 letters of credit. Ayaat manages each case and places it with the right partner.
A SETU Trading House supplies the goods under a letter of credit with deferred payment.

SETU Trade Capital Network
SETU, Secured Extended Trade Usance, means bridge. The supplier is paid now; the buyer pays later, under a UCP 600 letter of credit from the buyer's own bank. No sovereign guarantee, no MoU, deal by deal.
Within the Network, the SETU Liquidity Corridor is the liquidity indicated by independent partner banks and funds for letter-of-credit business. Ayaat manages the programme and places each case; the partners decide, price and document each one under their own approvals.
Register
Clients register once with licence and pre-qualification documents, and are approved by Ayaat.

Registered clients use the online enquiry sheet in the portal, or write to setu@ayaatalbaraka.com.
Place
Ayaat routes the case to a SETU Trading House or a Corridor partner. We normally respond within the same working day.
Decide
With complete information, the partner's decision follows within five working days.
Trade
SETU Direct and SETU Bridge. A SETU Trading House, Ayaat Meydan or another, supplies the goods under a letter of credit with deferred payment.
Corridor
SETU Discount, Roll, Taka, Blend, Confirm and Correspondence. Independent licensed banks and funds discount, refinance or confirm the letter of credit.

SETU Build. Self-sustaining build-operate-transfer projects under a project letter of credit, managed by Ayaat to handover.

Questions
Is Ayaat Al Baraka a bank or a lender?
No. We are a project management, commercial brokerage and trading house. We do not lend, take deposits, manage funds or confirm letters of credit. Any financing is provided by independent licensed banks and financial institutions under their own approvals.
How do I get a commodity offer?
Send an enquiry with product, grade, quantity, packing, destination port and delivery window. Prices and offers are shared with registered clients after approval.
Which countries do you serve?
The UAE locally; the GCC and South Asia regionally, including Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and the Maldives; and selected markets in Africa.
Who can use SETU?
Registered clients approved by Ayaat: Government departments, public enterprises, private importers and their banks. Bangladesh is active; other markets are by enquiry.
How is my data handled?
Documents you upload are used only to assess your registration or enquiry, are stored privately with restricted access, and are shared with a partner only with your consent. See the privacy notice.

Who we are. Ayaat Al Baraka Project Management Services (Dubai, DET licence 900412) and Ayaat Al Baraka Project Management Services L.L.C-FZ (Meydan Free Zone licence 2654692.01) are the controllers of the information you give us through this website and by email.
What we collect. Contact details, organisation details, and the documents you upload for an enquiry or a registration: licences, authorisations, company profiles, financial statements, references and banking details.
Why. To answer your enquiry; to register and pre-qualify clients and vendors, including identity, licence and sanctions screening; to place a case with a trading house or financing partner with your consent; and to keep the records our licences and anti-money-laundering obligations require.
Sharing. Your documents are shared with a partner only when you ask us to place a case with that partner, and under a confidentiality agreement. We use service providers for email, secure storage and sanctions screening, bound by contract.
Storage and security. Uploaded documents are held in private storage with restricted, logged access and expiring links. They are never published on the website. Registration records are kept for the life of the relationship and the period required by law, then deleted.
Your rights. You may ask what we hold, ask for corrections, or withdraw a registration at any time by writing to info@ayaatalbaraka.com.
